Aspire People are seeking passionate and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools.
We are recruiting teachers looking for flexible teaching opportunities, whether that involves daily supply, part-time work, short-term placements, or longer-term teaching roles.
Supply teaching is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, want greater flexibility, or are looking to gain experience across different schools and year groups.
The Role:
Providing high-quality classroom teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Delivering engaging lessons and maintaining positive learning environments
Supporting pupils' academic and personal development
Adapting quickly to different classroom settings and routines
Following school policies and behaviour expectations
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
Confident teaching across the primary age range
Flexible, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Strong communication and classroom management skills
