Engineering Teacher (September 2026 MPS-UPS + TLR)

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Engineering Teacher to join our ambitious and forward-thinking Design & Technology faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through practical, innovative, and industry-relevant learning experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Engineering lessons across Key Stages 3 5 and help students develop the technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and creativity needed for future careers in engineering and technology.

As an Engineering Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Engineering and Design Technology lessons
• Inspire students through practical and project-based learning
• Develop students technical understanding, creativity, and analytical skills
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress, and achievement
• Support students in achieving excellent academic and vocational outcomes

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree or strong background in Engineering, Design Technology, or a related field
• Experience teaching Engineering or DT at secondary level
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and student success
• The ability to motivate and inspire young people
