Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders

Develop and execute comprehensive integrated strategies to support corporate, divisional, functional and shared service priorities
Own the narrative that supports the business priorities
Input into and oversee the comprehensive communication and engagement plans that meet contractual client commitments
Input into and oversee the operational communications to colleagues within the business / contract / client
Input into and oversee the communication and engagement plans for strategic external partners and suppliers in line with contractual commitments
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure a comprehensive and joined-up approach to communications and engagement
Plan, write and produce high quality, engaging content for a variety of communications channels
Provide a reliable point of contact for all communication queries
Monitor and evaluate communications and engagement activities and redefine to meet requirements as necessary
