Nursery: Bright Horizons Chiswick Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £29,972.80K (Level 2) or £31,158.40K (Level 3) per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We are looking for a full time, Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Chiswick Nursery, situated less than a 15-minute walk from Chiswick train station.

Our 87-place nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’, situated in a purpose-built setting. The nursery features outdoor gardens within the sports ground and access to acres of green fields for sports and outdoor activities! Featuring floor to ceiling curved glass windows that look onto the playing fields, the nursery is a light and spacious, and has additional dedicated art and music, dance and science studios for our children to explore.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
