Experience MIG welding aluminium would be a big advantage, particularly for this role.

Job Title: MIG Welder

Location: East Goscote, Leicester

Pay: Starting at £16 per hour - willing to increase for the right candidate, depending on experience

Shift: Mon - Weds, 2pm - midnight Thurs, 2pm - 11:30pm

You'll be getting stuck into:

• Precision MIG welding of sheet metal components
• Working from engineering drawings and welding to specification
• Producing neat, high quality welds to a clean finish
• Visual inspection and minor finishing where required
• Keeping your work area safe, organised, and production ready
• Supporting the wider fabrication team as needed

You'll need to bring:

• Proven MIG welding experience in a fabrication or sheet metal environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• A reliable, safety focused approach to work
• Aluminium MIG welding experience - highly desirable
