As our Freshstart Co?ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting some of our most vulnerable learners, helping them re?engage with education and progress successfully into post?16 destinations.
About the role
As the Freshstart Co?ordinator (& Safeguarding Lead), you will be the central point of contact for the pastoral, welfare and safeguarding needs of our 14-16 learners. You will coordinate the learner journey from enquiry and application through to enrolment, induction, progression and destination, working closely with schools, parents/carers, external agencies and internal curriculum teams.
You will manage and monitor learner attendance, behaviour, achievement and progression, coordinate reporting processes, organise parent and school meetings, and provide high?quality administrative and pastoral support that enables learners to succeed.

You will be a confident, organised and proactive professional, with experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within education. You ll have a strong commitment to safeguarding, excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You ll be passionate about supporting young people, particularly those who may face barriers to learning, and have the resilience, attention to detail and flexibility needed to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
