Battersea Bridge House Hospital stands as a dedicated facility providing acute inpatient care for both male and female adults aged 18 years and over who require short-term assessment and treatment for mental health difficulties. What You'll be Doing
- Lead and manage the ward team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing support and training as needed.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
What You'll Need
- Strong clinical and management skills.
- Valid NMC Pin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Previous experience in complex needs, specialist, or long-term care
