Trilogy Active are recruiting a Full Time Recreation Assistant to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active.
You will ideally need to hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (however, for the right candidate there may be a possibility to obtain in-house).
The successful candidate will possess a good eye for detail, be able to work to a timetable of activities whilst displaying a professional attitude at all times, ensuring our customers and members receive the best service possible. Applicants must have a flexible approach to working hours since our shifts include early mornings, weekends and evening work. Duties include lifeguarding the pool, setting up activity equipment, cleaning, customer interaction. The ability to work under own initiative is essential, however full training will be provided.
