The client is a leading firm within Ipswich, who are growing their tax team. They work with a variety of clients from individuals to trustees and executors. They are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Personal Tax Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will
- Deliver tax advisory and compliance services, acting as lead contact and maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage, mentor, and develop the tax team, driving performance and aligning with firm values
- Oversee technical accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk on client work
- Drive growth through proposals, networking, seminars, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Represent the firm's values, collaborate across teams, and support marketing and recruitment efforts
Requirements:
As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will need
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Experience within a practise
- Experience with leadership and business development
