Robert Half are currently looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a small business in Swindon area.
This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day finance activities.
2 days per week, office based 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Swindon area, with parking.
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Daily banking duties, including bank reconciliations
- Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
- Handling basic supplier queries
- General finance and accounts administration
- Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in Accounts Payable
- Comfortable with banking and reconciliations
- Happy working in a small business environment
- Organised, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
- Available at short notice for a temporary assignment
This role is ideal for someone seeking part time or looking to supplement existing commitments.
