Teacher - KS3 & KS4 - Full-Time - Harrow, West London - September Start

Are you committed to supporting young people with special educational needs to achieve their full potential? A welcoming and progressive SEN school in Harrow is looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time basis.

This role offers the chance to teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning experiences that encourage both academic success and personal growth.

As an Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Support student's academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and the wider SEN department
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where needed
• Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

We are looking for a Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
• Has experience working with students with special educational needs
• Understands the secondary curriculum and effective differentiation strategies
• Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
• Communicates effectively and thrives as part of a team
