🧭 What You’ll Bring:
A solid track record managing operational teams (bonus points for transport or logistics experience)
Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
Skilled in managing budgets, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service
Experienced in working with Trade Unions and handling sensitive operational issues
Eligible (or already qualified) as a Transport Manager (O-Licence) holder
