About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, including children with additional needs. Your role may involve:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support
- Assisting children with a range of learning needs, including mild to moderate SEN
- Supporting communication, confidence, and social development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
You will work closely with class teachers and other staff to ensure all pupils feel supported, valued, and able to succeed.
