We re looking for Project Engineers to be part of a major investment programme at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
You ll take ownership of key engineering projects, including:
- Leading projects from concept design through to final handover
- Developing business cases and project justifications
- Managing contractors, installations, and on-site coordination
- Driving health & safety compliance across all project phases
- Owning budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Ensuring smooth, safe integration into live production
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects (ideally within FMCG or manufacturing)
- Engineering background mechanical, electrical, civil or multi-skilled
(degree or apprenticeship) - Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (e.g. PUWER, CDM)
- A confident communicator with natural leadership ability
- Commercial awareness with strong cost control and project delivery skills
