The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who require additional behavioural support. You will help encourage positive conduct, assist with emotional regulation, and promote engagement in lessons. The role involves using effective strategies to manage behaviour and support pupils in developing social and emotional skills. The successful candidate will be calm, supportive and proactive, with a good understanding of how to work with children who present challenging behaviour.
