What You'll Do:

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
• Managing automated methods and temperatures to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Communicating and coordinating with the production team to meet our busy production schedules.
• Actively participating in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information.

What You'll Need:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess:

• Basic Maths and English skills.
• A desire to learn and willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
• A valid right to work in the UK.
