Continuous Improvement Manager
£40,000 £45,000 per annum plus benefits

Winberry are working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Continuous Improvement professional to make a real impact by enhancing processes, reducing waste, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination
- Analyse workflows to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas
- Lead improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Monitor improvements to ensure long-term sustainability
- Define project scope, objectives, and success measures
- Develop and deliver structured improvement plans
- Support change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives based on business impact
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and wider teams
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Provide coaching on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Promote a collaborative and solutions-focused culture
- Use data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide updates on improvement initiatives and outcomes
About You
We re looking for a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for driving change and improving performance.
Essential:
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or similar role
- Proven track record of delivering improvements in a fast-paced or operational environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable:
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Advanced data analysis skills
