About the Role
This Year 4 Teacher role is ideal for a passionate and driven teacher who is confident delivering engaging and creative lessons within KS2.
- Full-time classroom teaching responsibility within Year 4
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Engaging positively with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom practice
- Be committed to high standards and pupil progress
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be a positive team player with a proactive attitude
