What You'll Do:
As a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the assembly of electrical panels and systems
• Carrying out wiring and terminations under guidance
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
• Completing necessary paperwork within work packs
• Following quality procedures and internal standards
• Supporting production targets in collaboration with the team
• Upholding high standards of health & safety at all times

What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A basic understanding of electrical or engineering manufacturing environments
• The ability to follow electrical drawings and instructions
• Confidence using hand and battery-powered tools
• A strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
• A solid understanding of workplace health & safety
• The right to work in the UK

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing
• Exposure to panel wiring or industrial electrical systems
