We are seeking a confident Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist PRU school in West Drayton, working with SEMH students and challenging behaviour. This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships and support students to regulate and re-engage.
As a Behaviour Mentor in West Drayton, you will work 1:1 and in small groups, providing consistent support and structure. A strong Behaviour Mentor will act as a role model and help students make positive behavioural choices.
Behaviour Mentor applicants should have experience supporting challenging behaviour, strong de-escalation skills, and a passion for working with young people in West Drayton.
