The Role

This is a varied and rewarding community-based role, where you ll spend your time out and about meeting participants, employers and partners across the region. It s a mobile position, so you ll need to be comfortable travelling daily and working in different environments such as community settings, health services and workplaces.

In this role, you will:

• Support a caseload of individuals on their journey into employment
• Get to know each person s strengths, aspirations and barriers to work
• Create tailored action plans and vocational profiles
• Provide practical support including CV writing, job searching and interview coaching
• Deliver ongoing support once participants are in work to help them sustain employment
• Develop relationships with local employers to source suitable job opportunities
• Encourage inclusive hiring practices and support workplace adjustments
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, local authorities and community organisations
• Accurately record progress and outcomes

Your goal is simple: help people move into the right job, as quickly as possible, with the support they need to succeed.

Ideal Candidate

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You ll bring:

• Experience supporting individuals, customers or clients within a caseload setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with employers and external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
• Good IT knowledge across Microsoft Office and Teams
• A genuine belief in helping people unlock their potential

No clinical experience is required, full training in a proven employment support model will be provided.
