Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis. Although the role does not require planning and preparation, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

The successful Cover Supervisor based in Ebbw Vale will:

• Hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or have at least six months relevant experience
• Confidently manage a class of students aged 11 to 16+
• Effectively manage behaviour to keep students engaged and focused
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
