As a Primary School Supply Teacher, you will step into a vital role providing high-quality teaching and continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. You ll be expected to quickly establish rapport with students, deliver pre-set lessons across various year groups, and adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and flexibility. Key responsibilities include maintaining classroom behaviour, implementing effective teaching strategies, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for an adaptable and enthusiastic educator who can inspire young learners and support their academic and personal development on a day-to-day basis.
