We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Harlow.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
Lead and inspire a team within your room
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Ensure childrens learning and development is well supported and monitored
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best
What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for working with young children
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
