As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington.

So what's the mission?
You’ll join a hands-on manufacturing team at the heart of producing our industry leading concrete drainage solutions, from large pipes to manholes. You’ll build your skills using a range of tools, machinery, and lifting equipment, all while working closely with a supportive team around you.
This is a role where you can really make an impact. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency making sure we deliver the high standards we’re known for.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Proven ability to operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Experience setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring optimal performance
• Ability to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary
• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out routine checks and minor maintenance
• Understanding of production processes, machine cycles, and output optimisation
• Experience completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and production specifications
• Strong focus on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards
• Accurate recording of production data, downtime, and performance metrics
• Strong awareness and commitment to SHEQ standards
• Ability to work to production targets and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and waste reduction
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
• Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
• FLT licence desirable
