Responsibilities and duties of the Site Operations Manager

Reporting to the Regional Lead you will:

• Take full operational ownership of the site
• Manage and coordinate contractors across maintenance and logistics activities
• Oversee and manage SLA contracts, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are met
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules to ensure safe and efficient site operations
• Work closely with logistics teams to support the movement of biogas via a virtual pipeline and site interface
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly relating to gas systems
• Act as the on site point of contact for operational issues, resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain high technical standards across all site activities

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Degree level qualified in an Engineering discipline
• Strong mechanical background, ideally with hands on experience
• Experience working with gas systems and associated HSE requirements
• Experience managing contractors and third party service providers
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling within an industrial environment
