Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are recruiting a skilled and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a primary school. This role is ideal for someone confident delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupils to close learning gaps.
You will play a key role in raising attainment through structured support in literacy and numeracy , working closely with the class teacher to ensure all pupils reach their potential.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom delivery
Planning and delivering small group interventions in Maths and English
Providing additional support for pupils working below age-related expectations
Monitoring and tracking pupil progress
Supporting a positive and engaging learning environment
Occasionally leading whole-class activities when required
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Experience delivering interventions and supporting pupil progress
Confident working independently and using initiative
Strong communication and organisational skills
