Estimator

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction who is looking to be part of a forward-thinking and community-focused business.

About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive costings across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed estimates and competitive quotations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
• Supporting project teams throughout the planning and delivery stages

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an estimating role within construction or property services
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and organisational abilities
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office
