Teach Ltd is looking for a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs and help them thrive in their learning environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups with a range of SEND (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs)
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
- Helping with personal care (where needed) and classroom routines
Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with SEND
- A caring, calm, and resilient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)
