Special Needs Teacher

A supportive and well-resourced Specialist SEN School in Lewisham, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils aged 5 25 with Autism, Speech & Language needs, and SEMH.

• SEN Teacher
• Full-time
• Long-term or permanent
• Lewisham

You will deliver tailored lessons to pupils working below age-related expectations, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

You may work across:
• Speech and Language-focused classes
• SEMH-focused groups
• Autism specialist provision

Pupils are grouped by ability rather than age, allowing for a personalised learning approach.

• Specialist SEN provision (ages 5 25)
• Good Ofsted rating
• Strong multidisciplinary support structure
• Excellent CPD and training
• Collaborative environment no one works in isolation

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• SEN experience (Autism, SEMH or Speech & Language)
• Strong behaviour management and adaptability
• Passion for inclusive education
