About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress and attainment

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils including those with SEND

• Manage pupil behaviour effectively and consistently

• Communicate effectively with parents, carers and colleagues

• Contribute to the wider school community and school improvement

• Maintain accurate records and pupil assessment data

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills

• A passion for delivering outstanding primary education

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience across multiple year groups within KS1 and KS2

• Knowledge of phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc or Letters and Sounds

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs

• Familiarity with assessment and tracking systems
