Position: Female Assistant Support Worker
Location: Bracknell
Salary: 9,522 per annum or 13.08 per hour
Hours: Part-time (14 hours per week) - weekends only
We are recruiting a caring and reliable Female Assistant Support Worker to join our supported living service at Juniper. Juniper is a small, friendly home supporting one person with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
You will provide compassionate, person-centred support while empowering the individual to build independence. Working collaboratively with the team, you will support daily living, wellbeing, and community involvement.
Key duties include:
- Personal care and medication support
- Encouraging daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
- Supporting access to the community and local activities
- Working in line with support plans and risk assessments
About you:
- Inclusive, respectful, and values-driven
- Able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required if successful)
