Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Rate: Circa £400 per day Company Overview We are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join an established team delivering works under a long-term maintenance framework in London. This is a great opportunity to work within a structured commercial team on a stable and ongoing programme of works. The Role As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of maintenance works, working closely alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure effective cost management and contractual administration. This role will be primarily based at the Surrey Quays office, with site involvement as required. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the commercial management of maintenance framework projects
• Cost and value reporting and assisting with CVRs
• Administration of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4)
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and management
• Preparation of applications for payment
• Managing variations and change events
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and cost control
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with commercial processes and procedures Key Requirements • Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4)
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively within a commercial team
