About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher to work across Primary schools in the Tonypandy area. This role requires flexibility to teach across all key stages, providing high-quality education and support wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary key stages
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and abilities
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
- Build positive relationships quickly with pupils, staff, and the wider school community
- Ensure all pupils are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Flexibility to work across all key stages
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly with both pupils and staff
- A child-centred approach, always putting pupils at the heart of your practice
- Adaptable, reliable, and professional
