The Role - PPA Teacher (KS1 & KS2 Cover)

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups in KS1 & KS2.
• Adapt quickly to new classes and ensure effective classroom management.
• Maintain a positive learning environment, fostering engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support student learning.
• Work with different subjects while following the school's curriculum.

Requirements for the PPA Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage pupils effectively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable covering different year groups.
• Passion for delivering high-quality teaching across various subjects.
