£250 - £350 daily

Job Description

Portfolio HR & Reward are delighted to be representing a dynamic, global business that are seeking a Temporary Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role is due to last around 3 months, with view of extension and potential to go permanent.

The role is fully remote and offers a competitive day rate, dependant on experience.

Key duties of the role include;

  • Consulting employees surrounding compensation policies and procedures
  • Supporting with reporting incl. UK Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Supporting with the job architecture roll out
  • Engaging in surveys across Europe
  • Developing relationships with employees and key business leaders across the company

The right candidate will have previous multi-country experience, have experience using WTW/Mercer, and adopt a pro-active adaptable approach to the role.
