- Experience working as a Sociology Teacher
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to relate content to real-life situations
- Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for supporting young people in West Drayton
