Refrigeration Engineer - Banbury
Up to 22.75 per hour Door-to-Door Travel
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering the Banbury area.
This role offers a genuinely strong earning package, excellent benefits, and long-term stability working across agricultural and dairy sites.
The Package:
- Up to 22.75 per hour (40-hour week)
- 5 hours guaranteed overtime weekly (paid at 1.5x)
- 4,000 CO2 bonus for qualified engineers with experience
- Door-to-door travel paid
- Overtime rates at 1.5x and 2x
- Private healthcare
- Callout rota (minimum 1 in 4) with additional pay
Earnings Breakdown (Typical):
- 47,320 basic
- 8,872 guaranteed overtime
- 4,000 CO2 bonus
- 60,000+ total earnings (excluding standby/callout payments)
The Role:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
- Working across agricultural and dairy environments
- Fault finding on a range of refrigeration equipment including CO2 systems
- Covering sites across the Banbury region
The Candidate:
- Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (commercial or industrial background considered)
- CO2 experience highly desirable ( 4k bonus available)
- F-Gas qualified
- Full UK driving licence
