LOCATION: Jays Close, Basingstoke, RG22 4BS
WORKING HOURS: 10 HOURS PER WEEK
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 5:00pm
PAY RATE: £14.02 PER HOUR

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to details required. ABM uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Operational Manager
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include the cleaning areas below:
• Office / Work station cleaning / Meeting Rooms
• Hard floor, Sweeping, Mopping
• Vacuuming / Dusting / Waste removal
• Kitchen / Vending area
• Washrooms
• Reception / Common Areas
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Good communication skills both verbal, written on on use of a radio is required
- Smart Clean Appearance
- Can work as part of a team as well as working alone
- A proactive/can do attitude to work.
ESSENTIAL:
• Candidates must be punctual, trustworthy and have a good eye for detail.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• As part of the recurityment vetting process for our client site all successful candidates will be required to complete a background veritication and undergo security checks, including criminal/credit checks prior to start date. (This process will be explained in more detail at interview stage).
