Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-invested manufacturing site with brand-new machinery and a strong focus on planned and preventative maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, continuous improvement, and working on modern equipment within a team that prioritises engineering standards over firefighting.

You'll also have the opportunity to attend OEM training, giving you direct insight into the latest machinery and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability and uptime
• Carry out effective fault finding and root cause analysis on mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, chains, and motors
• Support continuous improvement activities and machinery upgrades
• Work closely with production to minimise downtime and improve performance
• Ensure all engineering work is completed in line with H&S and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Solid mechanical fault-finding skills (electrical knowledge beneficial)
• Experience working with PPM systems and a proactive maintenance mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit engineering team
• A driven, hands-on engineer who takes ownership of their work
