Job Title: Warehouse Operative & Forklift Driver - Full-Time, Part-Time & Contract - Birmingham

Available Roles:

• General Warehouse Operative: picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Forklift Operator: loading and unloading goods, operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Stock management, including replenishment and organizing inventory
• Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch
• Use warehouse technology, including handheld scanners, to track stock and manage orders
• Load and unload deliveries, manually or using forklifts (for trained operators)
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Physically able to carry out manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Forklift operators must hold a valid license (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent) for the type of equipment used; site-specific training may be provided for certified operators
• Must meet all legal age requirements for the role (18+ for forklift operation)
