Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced logistics team. This is a great opportunity for a driven Logistics Coordinator with experience in transport and supply chain operations.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage customer orders, plan and track shipments, and ensure goods move efficiently from A to B via road, air, or hand carry. The successful Logistics Coordinator will be detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers and suppliers, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone/email
- Book, track, and coordinate shipments
- Source and liaise with transport suppliers
- Provide quotes and customer updates
- Ensure jobs are completed, documented, and invoiced accurately
- Communicate with warehouse and internal teams
- Maintain accurate system data and meet KPIs
About You:
- Experience in logistics/transport (European planning ideal)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Experience with load optimisation/consolidation (desirable)
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more)
