Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced logistics team. This is a great opportunity for a driven Logistics Coordinator with experience in transport and supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage customer orders, plan and track shipments, and ensure goods move efficiently from A to B via road, air, or hand carry. The successful Logistics Coordinator will be detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers and suppliers, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone/email
  • Book, track, and coordinate shipments
  • Source and liaise with transport suppliers
  • Provide quotes and customer updates
  • Ensure jobs are completed, documented, and invoiced accurately
  • Communicate with warehouse and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate system data and meet KPIs

About You:

  • Experience in logistics/transport (European planning ideal)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Experience with load optimisation/consolidation (desirable)

Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more)
