Search is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who due to growth is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who has experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or refurb and/or new build projects
Organise the day to day running of the site and to supervise all trades to ensure a high quality of workmanship. Managing employees on site, keeping paperwork up to date including - time sheets, allocation sheets, dayworks etc. Following all safety procedures in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Plan

Duties & Responsibilities
Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractors
Quality Control
Maintaining/updating records
Make sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site
Setting out
Maintaining safety records
Keeping site records up to date
Maintain filing system
Checking time sheets
Ensure site is tidy and safe
Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to date
Carry out all duties in accordance with our Procedure Manual
SMSTS
CSCS card
UKATA Asbestos Awareness
Scaffold Inspection
Temporary Work Supervisor
First Aid at Work
Fire Marshal
Demolition Supervisor
Previous experience in the construction industry
IT competent: in Microsoft packages, BIM 360, Asite
Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
Health and safety awareness
Full driving licence
