Job Description
Aspire People are seeking a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in EYFS and KS1 . This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in primary schools, who is confident delivering structured learning support and helping children achieve their developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the curriculum
Assisting teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Supporting early literacy and numeracy development
Implementing behaviour management strategies and promoting positive social skills
Observing, assessing, and recording pupil progress
Supporting transitions, pastoral care, and personal development activities
The Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in EYFS/KS1 settings
Strong understanding of child development and primary curriculum
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
