The role:

• Working for a large Housing Association, this role is an ongoing temp contract covering a patch in East London.
• Repairs role covering Damp and Mould, Insurance cases, some Disrepair, general Day to day repairs.
• Hybrid working available - do your admin / reports from home when not out on inspections
• Looking to interview and start asap.

Key Experience:

• Experienced construction professional. Able to diagnose repair issues and suggest remedial action. Ideally within Social Housing.
• Must drive and have own vehicle
