Labourer

Are you a hard-working Labourer looking for a local role in North Yorkshire? We are currently recruiting for a short-term position on a new build housing site in South Otterington (near Northallerton).

You will be a key part of the site support team, ensuring the plots are ready for the next stage of construction and helping the trades stay on schedule.

• Assisting with preboarding and floor preparation for various plots.
• Moving materials across the site to support joiners and dry liners.
• Ensuring all work areas are clear of debris and safe for following trades.
• Loading and unloading deliveries of timber, boards, and other materials.
• General site maintenance and cleaning as directed by the Site Manager.

• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience on new build housing sites.
• Preboarding experience (preferred).
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
• A reliable, "get-stuck-in" attitude.
• Access to transport (South Otterington is easily accessible from Northallerton, Thirsk, and Ripon).
