What You'll Do:

• Schedule appointments for patients with ease and efficiency.
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimise scheduling.
• Manage patient inquiries with a smile, providing top-notch customer service.
• Work collaboratively with our team to enhance the patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
• Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not mandatory!
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Current Enhanced DBS/Criminal record check
