We're looking for a Resourcing Specialist to play a pivotal role within our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing workforce administration of skilled operatives across the UK and Ireland. This varied role combines talent acquisition, workforce planning, dashboard and reporting management and operational support, ensuring accurate workforce data and insights are available to support operational decision-making.
