The Role We are currently recruiting qualified, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas. We have opportunities available across all primary year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Key Stage 2. We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants who hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, have a strong understanding of phonics and are confident supporting children's learning and development within a primary school environment. Ideally, candidates will be available five days per week, Monday to Friday, and be able to demonstrate flexibility, reliability and a genuine passion for education.
