Purpose of the job The Youth Sector Development Partnership (YSDP) is an ambitious national programme bringing together UK Youth, the National Youth Agency (NYA), TRIUMPH and YPF Trust, alongside national and regional partners, to drive a step-change in the quality, equity and sustainability of youth work across England. By investing in in workforce development, regional infrastructure, organisational capacity-building and national evidence and influencing, the partnership will create a stronger, more connected and resilient youth sector. At its heart are nine regional partnerships, working collaboratively to develop locally responsive infrastructure and workforce support that reflects the needs of their communities.
